Due to continued growth, we are now hiring for a Service Delivery Manager to join our operations team!
Working alongside the existing team. the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for, and take ownership of, an allocated client list as the primary point of contact, which includes overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our contractual obligations.
What you will be doing:
As well as experience managing and nurturing client relationships, you will have excellent written, verbal communication and organisational skills.
