Service Delivery Manager - DV Cleared

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to beaccountable for ensuring the smooth and successful execution of our clients PKI managed solutions, aligning with client expectations andorganisationalobjectives.

Providing client solutions, assisting with technical design, collaborating with clients to understand their business and technical goals, and onboarding them to our client's managed service offerings.

Rate: £450-550 per day (Outside IR35)
Security Clearance:Active MOD DV Clearance
Duration: 3-6 months
Location:CorshamOn-site 3 days per week

Key deliverables:

• Successfulreadinessof new managed services
• Managing service performance including areas for improvement
• Adhere to all managed service processes
• Support Ticketresolution

Key Experience:

• ITIL Foundation or above
• A strong grasp of ITSMpractices
• Experience and certifications in project management (e.g. Prince2, PMP)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Financial Management experience
