Service Delivery Manager - TESC Westdown, Tilshead

Salary: £36,500 per annum

Company Vehicle: Yes

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Role: Field-based role supporting 6 locations in the South West

License: Clean UK Manual Driver's License essential

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Defence on a full-time basis.

Our ideal Service Delivery Manager will:

• Have knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
• Possess leadership skills and knowledge
• Display a real passion for food and customer service and be financially and commercially astute
• Exhibit good communication skills - both written and verbal
• Demonstrate good computer skills
• Have interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills
• Possess a 'Can do' attitude

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Promoting a safety culture and ensuring the Catering and Retail teams are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures
• Managing the Catering and Retail labour, equipment & resources budget
• Ensuring the Catering and Retail operation continually improves
• Engaging and managing the Catering and Retail team effectively
• Ensuring the delivery and quality of the Catering and Retail operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures
• Managing any third-party suppliers or contractors as required to ensure they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements
