Service Delivery Manager- TESC Westdown, Tilshead

Salary: £36500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Field based role supporting 6 locations in the South West
License: Clean UK Manual Drivers License essential for the role

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Our ideal Service Delivery Manager will:

• Knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
• Leadership skills and knowledge
• Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be financially and commercially astute
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
• Good computer skills
• Interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
• A 'Can do' attitude

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Promoting a safety culture and ensuring the Catering and Retail teams are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures
• Managing the Catering and Retail labour, equipment & resources budget
• Ensuring the Catering and Retail operation continually improves
• Ensuring the Catering and Retail team are engaged and managed effectively
• Ensuring the delivery and quality of the Catering and Retail operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures
• Managing any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements
