Service Delivery Manager – Real Estate - Hybrid/Remote - £70,000 base + bonus + benefits - Perm - London

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead and enhance IT infrastructure, network services, and support operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration with external service providers, maintaining top-tier service standards, and driving innovation in IT operations. Key Responsibilities:

• You will be overseeing IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, servers, and networks, while managing relationships with external service providers to ensure seamless operations.

• Acting as the primary liaison for outsourced IT partners, maintaining service levels and security standards.

• Ensuring efficient network performance, overseeing IT support services and driving strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and CE+ standards.

• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and providing regular performance insights to leadership.

To be Successful in this role you will need:

• Real Estate experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage external partners and collaborate with internal teams.

• Proven experience in managing IT service delivery and outsourced IT providers.

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), and IT service management (ITSM) tools.

• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or a similar technical management role.
