Service Delivery Manager

A rewarding opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to work out of Gloucester and Cheltenham Hospital. We are looking for someone who is used to managing and getting the best out of a team along with strong relationship building and presentation skills.

This role offers onsite day work only, no weekend or evenings, and a benefits package of 26 days holidays plus stats, company pension scheme, discretionary bonus, and private health care.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

Main Purpose

We are seeking an on-site manager to assist with the management of the day-to-day activities and service delivery of managed services.

Key Accountabilities

1. To support the Operations Director & the Regional Service Delivery Manager in the effective delivery of the company’s managed services and day-to-day service management.
2. To proactively manage the supply chain & sub-contracts.
3. To be the key point of contact to all Trust staff.
4. To represent and promote the company’s managed service's efficiency and the corporate values to the customer site.
5. To ensure that all stock is distributed and shelved in a timely manner from delivery when required.
6. To liaise and communicate effectively with customer staff at all levels and to be the first line of communication for the resolution of queries raised.
7. To provide support to all day surgery units, theatres (pre-& post-op) with administration and purchasing.
8. To conduct and support supplier negotiations and meetings.
9. To provide data analysis to the Regional Service Delivery Manager and Operations Director as requested.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

1. Excellent interpersonal skills
2. Good knowledge and experience in preparing and manipulating data within spreadsheets
3. Site/Line Management experience
4. Good knowledge of networking and IT, including MS Office
5. Good written and verbal communication skills
6. The ability to work to tight deadlines
7. Excellent organisational ability
8. Ability to drive is desirable, with a full, clean UK driving license
