We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our busy Service Delivery Team in Chipping Sodbury, delivering vital in-house gas services to our customers.

This is a full-time, in-office position, requiring you to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. You will collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing the booking of gas servicing and repairs with utmost care and empathy.
• Planning daily schedules for heating engineers and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of service and repairs.
• Allocating emergency, urgent, and routine work to engineers.
• Monitoring service requests, job progress, and productivity using digital platforms.
• Liaising between customers, suppliers, and internal leaders on service issues.
• Ensuring operational processes adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Helping compile performance reports showcasing KPIs and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced service coordination, planning, compliance, or similar role. Strong IT skills and a flexible approach are essential. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly attitude, and good organizational skills with a flair for detail.
