Service Co-Ordinator
Location - Newcastle. 5 days a week on site.
Package - up to £28k plus bonus, private health, enhanced pension + more.
This role is working directly for a telecoms service provider, and they are in a continued stage of growth. They are well funded and are constantly winning new contracts with both the private and public sector.
These are an exciting company with 250+ headcount and offices all over the world. They work across both public and private sectors, supplying connectivity, communication and IT solutions to a range of organisations within the maritime, defence and commercial sectors.
You'll be joining a team of 8 in the Newcastle office and working in the service coordination team which is located across the UK and Europe.
Day to day, you'll be organising the field engineers' diaries, sorting out incoming requests, to ensure that the engineers can get from one job to another with no issue.
You'll be organising paperwork & documentation to ensure that the engineers can get onto their various sites. As well as this, the engineers will be travelling abroad so you'll be arranging VISAs and making sure passports and travelling documentations are all up to date.
Your Background
Ideally, we're looking for someone with a strong admin support background, ideally from telecoms, but we're open to other industries given that you're willing to learn anything you don't quite know.
The office is based in Newcastle, so you'll have to live within a commutable distance from there.
Benefits package includes a yearly bonus, ongoing training and development, enhanced pensions, and it's 25 days plus with a flexible working week once probation is completed.
