We are currently seeking a Service Consultant to join our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) team, based out of UK, to grow our Service business by selling new service contracts at UK territory across different vertical markets preferably in Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Manufacturing, Utilities sector. Reporting to the European Service Sales Leader (UK Sales Leader – matrix reporting) your primary focus will be to identify new service customers from new targeted end users, from newly installed projects or from non-contracted installed base. From there you will focus on building customer contacts and provide consultative selling support by understanding their needs (Energy saving, customer experience, regulations…) and building value propositions based on our Service Offering. You will finally build the service proposal based on SaaS models, go through contract negotiation, and win the contract order.
In this role you will be also the main expert and point of contact in UK for selling Building Performance Services offering which includes remote service delivered through the Honeywell Building Operations Centers and digitized maintenance through the Forge Platform and energy consultancy and improvement jobs.
