• Preparing year-end service charge accounts.
• Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Managing and resolving service charge queries.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Reviewing and updating financial procedures and policies.
• Participating in internal and external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Charge Accountant should have:

• A strong understanding of service charge accounting.
