Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote

As a Service Charge Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing service charge accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure accurate allocation of costs.
• Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Maintain financial records and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Charge Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of service charge accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field (preferred).
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
