Hours - Monday to Friday Day Shift

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of tools, ensuring high-quality repairs and calibration while also supporting warehouse operations. If you're technically minded, organised, and a great team player - we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tool Repairs & Servicing: Inspect, repair, and service a variety of tools, ensuring all work meets high standards.
2. Processing Returns: Handle initial service centre returns efficiently.
3. Calibration & Certification: Generate accurate calibration certificates.
4. Customer Service: Package and process tools for return to customers.
5. Warehouse Support: Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse operations when required.

What We're Looking For:

1. Technical & IT Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is beneficial.
2. Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key when repairing tools and handling documentation.
3. Great Communication: Able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
4. Team Player: Works well within a busy warehouse environment.
5. Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven.
