Job description

Role: Service Advisor/Service Receptionist
Salary: £30,000 basic OTE £36,000
Location: Warrington

Richard Abson Group are helping a prestige car dealership in Warrington to find a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They're offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information, and providing progress updates on their vehicles, as well as sales of Service Plans and additional services.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 years' experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
  2. Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales.
  3. Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary and Working Hours:
The business is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, with additional (uncapped) bonuses for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning between £36,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30noon.
