Service Advisor

Our client is a franchised car dealership in Watford, looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration
• Help retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency
• Maximise customer awareness of all available retailer services
• Maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques

Needed Requirements:

• Previous experience would be great; however, it is not necessary
• You must have great customer satisfaction skills and be able to provide excellent communication
• You must be efficient, organised, and flexible
• You must have management experience
• You must have a full driving license with less than 6 points
