Job description

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a busy and reputable automotive business based in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and an interest in the motor industry to secure a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing or repair
  • Schedule appointments and manage workshop bookings
  • Communicate effectively between customers and the workshop team
  • Provide regular updates to customers and respond to any queries
  • Maintain accurate records and handle associated administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential (experience in the automotive sector is desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Confident using computers and booking systems
  • Parts/service experience in automotive
  • Kerridge or Pinnacle experience (Dealership Systems)
