Principle Accountabilities
- Invoicing
- Parts management
- Outstanding work orders
- PPM
- Contract works/quotes and contract specific administration roles.
- Work alongside operational management teams
- Manage the administrative functions associated with FM service accounts.
Key Experience Required
- At least 2 years of experience in management and administration
- Invoicing experience mandatory
- Proven experience as a service desk manager
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- High attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy
