Job Title: Service Administration Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £29,000.00 per annum
Hours: 40 hours a week
Our client, one of the UK’s leaders in providing innovative construction and engineering solutions for clients within a variety of sectors including Retail, Health, Education and Commercial, now has an immediate need to employ a reliable Service Administration Manager to work across their internal business divisions who will deal with all administrative duties.
This new role will see the successful candidate join the CBES service support team during an exciting period of growth and will be an integral part of the senior service desk management team moving forward.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience operating at a similar level in a comparable field and should be able to clearly demonstrate techniques used to manage a large and diverse team to deliver set outputs and achieve pre-determined targets. They will have a proven track record of increasing productivity within their teams and will be able to evidence strategies used to meet and drive account specific SLA and KPI targets.
Job Function:
To ensure the continued operation of the service desk teams in line with agreed service levels whilst managing team leaders & support staff within all service contracts.
