Hello Brighton!

Pearly Cow & No.124 By GuestHouse have now opened our doors as one of the most anticipated restaurant and hotel openings on the South Coast in the autumn of 2024. We take pride of place right on the seafront and are Brighton's newest-boutique-hotel-by-the-sea.

The Job

As a member of our waiting team, you'll be supporting our Pearly Cow Manager by providing and maintaining outstanding guest service by always ensuring attention to detail, whilst having exemplary knowledge of all our menus, procedures and standards. This is a seasonal contract ending 21st September 2025.

A Bit About You

So what does it take to work here? You must want to be the best at what you do. Be proud of doing things the right way, even when no one is looking. In other words, be:

1. Hard working and driven
2. Have a GENUINE passion for hospitality and looking after people
3. Have at least 1 year of experience working in a fast paced high end restaurant
4. Be Genuine and a real team player. That one is a non-negotiable!
5. Able to work a range of shifts (including early starts, late finishes and weekends)
