Overview

The Server Infrastructure Engineer will play a key role in the development and maintenance of the server and cloud infrastructures to support the objectives of the IT Team in delivering organization-wide business services. The post-holder will assist the IT Systems Manager in the implementation of the overall server and cloud architectures and be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of the server infrastructures.

About you

• Strong experience as an Infrastructure Engineer with server management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, VMWare, SAN, M365 - configuring virtual networks, backups, etc.
• Proactive, willing to learn.
• IT Degree.

What you'll do as a Server Infrastructure Engineer

• Assist in the management of server infrastructure - physical and VMware vSphere environment.
• Monitor and resolve issues with the server infrastructure following organizational reporting/processes.
• Infrastructure configuration.
• Collaborate within a wide and varied team of IT professionals - Server Engineers, Network Engineers, IT Support, etc.
