The September 2024 Customer Service Reception Essentials course is designed as a short-duration (3-hour) training course aimed at providing employees working in reception / admin / office roles, such as healthcare and small businesses, with core customer service fundamental skills that will leave a positive impression on customers.

This course is suitable for new employees and serves as a great refresher for existing employees who may not have received formal training in customer service skills.

Throughout the 3-hour session, participants will learn critical and impactful behaviours needed to drive successful customer service outcomes, enabling employees to communicate effectively with energy, empathy, and simplicity.

Specifically, staff will learn how to:
