The role

Reporting directly to the Head of SEO, this is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for planning and delivering effective strategies to impact our client’s bottom line.

We need somebody who has experience running successful SEO campaigns for e-commerce and lead-generation clients. This role will be overseeing all areas of SEO, but the ideal candidate will have a strong technical and client-facing focus.

The requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an SEO role
• Experience speaking with clients and/or internal stakeholders
• Evidence of delivering successful SEO campaigns
• Strong technical SEO knowledge
• Able to conduct thorough technical audits and implement recommendations
• Ability to conduct forensic keyword research and gap analysis
• Capable of spotting and prioritising key opportunities
• Proficiency working with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SERanking, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Frase
• Strong commercial awareness of business KPIs
• Experience demonstrating the impact of SEO performance to clients and stakeholders through reporting and meetings
• Be organised, manage your time, and be forensic in your approach
• Knowledge of how SEO interacts with other channels such as PPC, Paid Social, and Email marketing
• Have pride in your work
• Never stop learning attitude

• International SEO experience
• Website content writing experience
• Ability to spot cross-sell opportunities
• Have been involved in new business pitches
