Role Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced SEO Director to build and lead our search engine optimization strategy across a variety of digital assets, including traditional web, Web3, and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, the evolving digital landscape, and how to drive growth and engagement through organic search.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and advancements, including emerging technologies, search engine updates, and algorithm changes.
• Lead keyword research and selection for SEO projects based on detailed analysis of data.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content that is optimized for search and user experience.
• Conduct thorough SEO audits and monitor the performance of our digital assets to identify issues, opportunities, and successes.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization, including content, product, and engineering, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all initiatives.
• Report regularly on SEO performance, including tracking against KPIs, metrics, and ROI.
• Identify and utilize AI tools that can improve efficiency across all SEO tasks.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy development and execution, preferably in the iGaming or financial sector.
• Proficient in SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent.
• Exceptional ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
