We’re looking for someone curious, organised and full of energy to join our SEO and Content team. If you’re keen to learn how websites grow, how content works and how to drive real results – our SEO and Content Apprenticeship could be your perfect opportunity. This role will start in September 2025 and is based at our Peterborough office.

Everyone is welcome.

Some of the great things you will be doing:

1. Help our SEO Manager dig into website traffic and spot ways to boost it.
2. Learn the tricks of SEO and how we show up in search engines (including new AI platforms).
3. Understand how users behave on our site and create reports on the performance.
4. Create tips and content for emails, social media, and the web whilst understanding how our writers research, fact-check and use AI to make content that really matters.
5. You’ll explore what makes a great web experience, helping to run and analyse split tests to improve how our site performs.
6. Support new product launches with our New Ventures team.
7. Learn foundational technical SEO and how this underpins the modern web (HTML, crawlers, JS) and how websites are built, maintained and managed.

What you’ll need:

1. Good writing ability, along with strong communication skills.
2. Proficient in social media.
3. Eager to learn, get involved and add value.
4. To be super organised, flexible and curious about what’s going on in the world – especially online.
5. Great at influencing others.
