As part of our continued expansion and transition towards high-volume manufacturing, we have a new opportunity at Pragmatic for an outstanding Yield Enhancement Engineer to join our growing Operations function.
Reporting to the Director - Yield and Product Engineering, you will be responsible for general Yield Enhancement and maintaining product quality at our 300mm semiconductor manufacturing facility in Durham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor device physics, chip manufacturing processes, and advanced yield data analysis techniques. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Process Development, Integration, Defectivity, WAT, ATE CP Testing, and Quality—you will identify and resolve yield issues, optimise production processes, implement corrective actions, drive continuous improvements, and ultimately increase overall yields. We are therefore seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, in addition to technical expertise.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Physics, Electronics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor, or a related field.
