Senior Workday HRIS Analyst – London/Hybrid – £80K

Are you a seasoned HRIS professional with expertise in Workday configuration? Ready to take on a strategic role in an international setting?

JGA are partnering with an exciting organization seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their HR Operations team in London.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in implementing Workday Payroll for the UK while also contributing to enhancements across EMEA and APAC.

Senior Workday HRIS Analyst – Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the implementation of the Workday Payroll module and optimize existing HCM functionalities.
  2. Perform audits, reconciliations, and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  3. Collaborate with global HRIS, Finance, and Tech teams to implement system upgrades and integrations.
  4. Develop robust reports and analytics to enhance payroll and HR operations.
  5. Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving Workday system issues.

Senior Workday HRIS Analyst - Requirements:

  1. Circa 5 years of Workday configuration experience, including Payroll.
  2. Strong expertise in Workday reporting, integrations, and data analysis tools.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Effective communicator and team player with a problem-solving mindset.
