Senior Workday HCM Reporting Specialist

Keylime Consultants are supporting a global and very well-established Workday Client who is looking for a Senior Workday Reporting Specialist to help optimise and support Workday across Europe, with advisory capacities to help shape Reporting Strategies and Solutions.

This role is offered on a hybrid working pattern with 2 to 3 days each week in Madrid’s offices, with a package in the region of €55,000 + benefits.

Acting as a Workday Reporting Expert and Consultant across the business, you will be responsible for auditing and building all types of Reports (Custom, Advanced and Matrix) and Dashboards in Workday, utilising Calculated Fields, Workday Report Writer, and Report Designer.

You will be required to ensure high data quality and standardisation throughout the system, as well as provide 3rd level functional support to global Workday users and regional SMEs.

Senior Workday Reporting Specialist – Required Profile:

• Based in Madrid with availability to work on-site 3 days per week.
• Experience with a similar role, preferably working on global Workday Reporting projects.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Reports and Dashboards in Workday.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM Core and Security.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
• Experience training Workday end users.
• Ability to maintain a strategic view and manage data clean-up, quality, and analysis to provide insights to internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge or experience with Prism Analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with additional Workday modules such as Learning, Talent & Performance, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English.
