We are pleased to be working with our client based in Red Lodge as they look for a Senior Warehouse Operative to join their team.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established employer with an excellent track record in the training and development of employees whilst working a 4-day week, Monday - Thursday.
This role reports into the Warehouse Team Leader and takes on slightly more responsibility amongst the team, so previous experience in the following is required:

1. Warehouse experience, including picking & packing
2. Proficiency in materials handling and operating forklifts
3. Familiarity with warehouse management systems like SAP
4. Ability to handle shipping & receiving tasks efficiently
5. Experience in stocking, quality control, and heavy lifting
6. Proven people management skills

This role will be working on a backshift with hours being 16:00 - 02:00, Monday - Thursday. Please ensure these hours are suitable before applying.
Applicants must be immediately available as this is a temporary to permanent role. The site is not serviced by public transport during shift times, so applicants must have access to their own transport.
