Senior Vice President and Vice President

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President and Vice President to lead our global service capabilities and regional growth initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies to advance our global service capabilities and regional growth.
2. Collaborate with sales staff to build a business development portfolio of prospective regional accounts.
3. Support the development of new global or regional clients as a subject matter expert.
4. Oversee offices to ensure team members' general welfare and instill company culture.
5. Represent us at industry venues, conferences, and events.
6. Conduct regular visits to assigned portfolio of global and regional clients to build relationships.

Requirements:

1. University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more regional languages is beneficial.
3. Specialized experience in global mobility or assignment management.
4. International living experience or international education/training in the region is beneficial.
5. Experience in developing operating management systems in a service growth environment is preferred.
6. Management experience over client relations and/or service teams is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
