Responsibilities:
Overseeing large-scale events from setup to breakdown
Using data to enhance operational strategies
Managing stock, compliance, and budgets
Leading and developing full-time and casual staff
Building strong client relationships
Who you are:
Experienced in high-volume event or hospitality operations
Stock management experience
Compliance, due diligence and Health & Safety
A strong leader with team training experience
Organised, hands-on, and thrives under pressure
