Senior Venue Operations Manager, London, Up to £40,000 + Bonus

I am delighted to be working with a leading operator in the events and hospitality sector, who provide premium bar and retail services at major UK venues.We are seeking a Senior Venue Operations Manager to lead operations at one of their flagship sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing large-scale events from setup to breakdown
  • Using data to enhance operational strategies
  • Managing stock, compliance, and budgets
  • Leading and developing full-time and casual staff
  • Building strong client relationships

Who you are:

  • Experienced in high-volume event or hospitality operations
  • Stock management experience
  • Compliance, due diligence and Health & Safety
  • A strong leader with team training experience
  • Organised, hands-on, and thrives under pressure
