Role Title: Senior UX Researcher
Duration: Contract to run until 31/12/2025
Location: Holborn, Hybrid (Travel 2 to 4 times monthly - Possibility to travel to Sweden once or twice a year)
Rate: Up to £526.37 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Role Purpose / Summary

Our client is looking for someone to conduct UX research as part of the design team.

You will be part of a wider Research team within the design organization. Research, Design, and Content sit within Product teams and will work within cross-functional teams.

You will conduct user research on the digital health platform, from generative research to evaluative and usability research.

Key Skills / Requirements

• Academic background with strong skills in academic and user research.
• Experience in the health and life science sector.
• Knowledge of Human Factor Research is a plus.
• 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Technical skills: Master's in psychology or anthropology (PhD ideally).
• User Research, Usability studies, Human factors research, Medical Devices, Health Digital products.
