As their new Senior UX Designer, you’ll create user experiences for innovative tools used by architects, urban planners, and engineers to tackle some of the most complex design challenges globally. About the Role
In this exciting position, you will create modular, integrated solutions that enhance the design and construction phases of the infrastructure lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

1. Create Outstanding Solutions: Develop prototypes, wireframes, and high-impact designs (using Figma) informed by user research and testing.

3. Innovate Complex Systems: Design tools incorporating 3D workflows, visualisation technologies, and digital twin concepts.

About You
You’re an experienced Senior UX Designer with 8+ years of experience and a proven ability to design for complex, multi-platform systems. Your creativity and problem-solving skills are matched by your ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Senior UX Designer Key Skills:

1. High Level Proficiency in UX Tools: Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
2. Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of Unreal Engine and workflows.
3. Research Skills: The ability to apply formative and summative research to inform designs.
4. Collaboration Strengths: Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
