We are looking for Senior Urgent Care Practitioners to work within the Clinical Assessment Service and provide support and leadership across the divisions' emergency care division admission avoidance pathways. You will be based in Beech House in Lincoln at the heart of the Integrated Urgent and Emergency Division, but will be expected to attend other bases to provide support within these pathways when required. The Clinical Assessment Service/SPA provides telephone and virtual clinical assessments and navigation to patients and health care professionals who have been assessed by 111 or other services in Lincolnshire.

The Single point of access is being implemented in line with the Urgent and Emergency Care recovery plan to provide integrated care coordination to ensure that patients are directed to the right care setting, with the right clinician or team at the right time.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate and role model the right values and behaviours and have excellent leadership and communications skills. You will be expected to provide leadership and clinical supervision to colleagues alongside other governance activities as detailed in the job description.
