Known for their cutting-edge work, they specialise in creating interactive training environments that reshape how industries approach skills development. With a UK base and a growing global client list, they're expanding due to recent growth and investment and are looking for a Senior Unreal Developer to join their innovation team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the VR development team, providing core coding architecture and overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
2. Work closely with both the VR and R&D teams, contributing to innovative solutions for defence and private sector projects.
3. Conduct horizon scanning to explore new tech opportunities in XR and continuously evolve and develop their company offering.
4. Assist in change management and proposal activities, helping shape the future direction of the company.

What You'll Bring:

1. Extensive experience with Unreal Engine, including Blueprints and C++.
2. Solid knowledge of software architecture, version control, and integration with external systems.
3. Demonstrable VR experience, ideally within games technology or immersive training.
4. Leadership skills and a drive to work in a fast-paced, hybrid role where innovation is part of everyday life.
