Working directly with the Chief Underwriting Officer and managing a team of Underwriters, this role will focus on overseeing underwriting performance for a portion of CCP's global insurance business, and ensuring accurate and compliant processing of new, renewal, and midterm submissions.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a driven individual to apply their underwriting expertise - both technical and commercial – and take on a role with true growth potential and to make a real difference in an ever-expanding business. Previous experience within a senior underwriting role where you have led and had to make complex decisions based on strategic analysis of market trends is key. Knowledge of the motor sector – including fleet or warranty is a must as is the ability to lead a team with support and confidence.
Successful candidates will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – as well as strong organisational skills, financial acumen, flexibility in the way you work as well as a true passion for working with people and understanding the importance of building relationships.
