Senior Underwriter - P&C

This is an opportunity for an experienced P&C / package underwriter who has experience of predominantly mid-market risks. This insurance group provides capacity to SMEs and lower middle-market insureds, across a broad range of monoline and packaged products. They are backed by highly rated reinsurance counterparties and high-quality capital partners.

An exciting time at this fairly new to the market organization which is undergoing a large recruitment drive over the next 12 months. They are seeking someone with circa 10 years underwriting experience in this specialism, preferably having worked in strong partnership with a number of MGAs, having built credibility with brokers and MGAs alike, within the commercial combined/property/casualty field.

Interested candidates should be underwriters working at a larger company platform or alternatively an established larger MGA.
