Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join an innovative and growing organisation expanding its technology and design team. If you're passionate about shaping user experiences and have a strong background in design, this role is for you!

Preferred:

1. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
2. Experience with AB/MVT testing and performance analytics.
3. Team leadership and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

1. Refine designs with cross-functional teams.
2. Perform UX audits and ensure a seamless experience.
3. Conduct user research, define hypotheses, and map journeys.
4. Present findings to internal teams.
5. Develop prototypes and lead discovery sessions.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years in UX/UI design and user research.
2. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
3. Knowledge of usability testing and Agile/Lean UX.
4. Bachelor's in UX Design, HCI, or related field.
5. Experience with personas, empathy maps, and journey mapping.
