Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to join their Family Office team. In this role, you will assist senior team members in managing large structures and portfolios of trusts and companies for Ultra High Net Worth clients, including those with Family Offices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility over time, including direct management of key client relationships and succession planning for senior roles within the team.

Job Duties:

  • Assist senior team members with the management of large structures and portfolios of trusts and companies for Ultra High Net Worth clients, including Family Offices.
  • Develop into the number two role for key clients, with the potential to take on direct responsibility for these relationships in the future.
  • Ensure high-quality management of relationships, with strong connectivity to Global Relationship Managers in key regions (Guernsey, Switzerland, London, UAE, Singapore).
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments, service providers, and professional advisors to meet client servicing requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and materials for client meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in trust and company administration.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, with a willingness to take on various tasks as required.
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and apply policies and procedures efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with clients, team members, and third parties.
  • Ideally hold or be studying towards a STEP Diploma or another relevant qualification in trust and company administration.
  • Familiarity with the Jersey regulatory environment, including AML and CFT requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of tax matters would be advantageous.
