Senior Treasury Analyst
Location: Hybrid working between our Dublin office & home
Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 & excellent range of benefits

Job Introduction:

Join Sodexo as a Senior Treasury Analyst, where you'll manage treasury operations for our French region, a key market for the company. Based in our European Treasury Centre in Dublin, you’ll work closely with the French Finance team, using your language skills to drive treasury efficiencies. If you have a passion for cash and liquidity management, FX transactions, and treasury systems, this is your chance to be part of something greater.

What you'll do:

1. Manage daily cash and liquidity, ensuring timely treasury closing
2. Maintain bank accounts, cash-pools, and optimise banking costs
3. Execute treasury payments and FX transactions
4. Prepare and monitor cash forecasts and intercompany funding
5. Work with auditors on quarterly and year-end audits
6. Support the onboarding of new regions to the Treasury Centre
7. Drive process improvements and maximise the potential of our Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
8. Provide backup and support for other Treasury Centre members

What you bring:

1. 2-3 years' experience in treasury or finance
2. Fluency in French (required)
3. Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred)
4. Degree in business, finance, or economics (preferred)
5. Strong stakeholder management and internal customer focus
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
7. Excellent communication skills
