Senior Trainer and Work Based Learning Coach (CIPFA Education and Training Centre)
Join our dynamic team at the CIPFA Education and Training Centre, where we are dedicated to enhancing public financial management. We are seeking a fully qualified accountant (ideally CPFA) with public sector work experience and some training experience, to teach our mid to late stage modules in the CIPFA Professional Accountancy Qualification. Trainers are required to deliver training (both online and in the classroom), offer support to students via tutorials and on a 1:1 basis where required, and complete assessment and marking activities. The job holder will also take on Module Leader responsibilities to oversee the ongoing development of teaching approaches and learning materials for the module. In addition, you will act as a work-based learning coach, supporting apprentices on a 1:1 basis to achieve their learning plans and, ultimately, their apprenticeship.
