A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior Town Planner to join an independent fast-growing Town Planning consultancy in the Milton Keynes area. With over 30 years of collective experience, we are looking for a successful candidate at a Senior level or seeking a step up in their career with private sector experience.

Working across England and Wales, my client is currently involved in a wide range of project sectors including residential, commercial, rural, mixed-use, and retail.

Minimum Requirements:

1. MSc in the Town Planning sector
2. Member of the RTPI
3. Ideally private consultancy experience and public sector experience
4. Strong communication skills
5. Strong written skills

2. Planning appeals
3. Planning obligations
4. Building consent applications
