Senior / Associate Planner
Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Town Planner looking for your next step in a dynamic and growing consultancy? We are working with a well-established private planning consultancy in Birmingham, seeking a Senior or Associate Planner to join their expanding team.

The Role:

As a key member of the team, you'll be involved in a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years' experience and be able to hit the ground running. You'll work closely with clients, manage planning applications, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.

1. Competitive salary: £40,000 - £65,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)

3. Career support: Chartership not essential - full support will be provided
4. Growing team: Join an established consultancy of 12 planners, with a new team member joining soon
5. Exciting projects: Work on a mix of strategic and development planning across the UK

Who We're Looking For:

1. Minimum 5-6 years of planning experience
2. Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently
3. Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
