This opportunity would be ideal for a Homeware Designer, Senior Designer, Surface Pattern Designer, or Textile Designer with proven experience in the interior design, homeware, or textile sectors and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and AVA software.

Duties:
- Design and develop fabrics, wallpapers, and homeware products in line with the studio's renowned brand aesthetic.
- Lead creative direction for collaborations, ensuring fresh and innovative design ideas.
- Create original artwork and patterns using exceptional drawing, painting, and digital skills.
- Ensure all designs meet production standards, including correct repeats, scaling, and technical specifications.
- Conduct trend research to craft designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and partners to oversee production and ensure design excellence.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing creativity with tight deadlines.
- Attend supplier visits, industry events, and market research trips as required.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Interiors, Textiles, Fashion or similar field
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and commercially viable textile, wallpaper, or homeware designs.
- Exceptional artistic skills, including hand-drawing and painting, adaptable to various styles and mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and AVA software, with expertise in repeat pattern development.
- A minimum of 8 years' professional experience in a similar role within the interior design, textiles, or homeware industries.
- Strong awareness of interior design, homeware, and fashion trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail in both creative and technical aspects of design.
