Senior Test Manager

About the role

Our Testing Practice within Operate Digital is experiencing continuous success and growth. As part of this growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Test Manager to provide leadership and assist in defining new propositions and services covering large multi-year execution managed services (EMS) programmes for our clients in multiple sectors including banking and financial services.

What your days will look like:

1. A proven track record of operating at scale, creating new propositions and driving innovation which will disrupt traditional thinking and our client approach to testing.
2. Supporting the Test and QA Director in responding to RFPs and creating propositions for potential clients.
3. Accountable for test delivery across EMS programmes covering Oracle, Workday, Guidewire, Salesforce and MD365 and bespoke client applications supporting Line of Service across a range of high profile engagements.
4. Effective management of a large organisation, spread across UK, India, South Africa and Middle East.

This role is for you if:

1. You have previous experience of delivering on a range of transformation programmes from across sectors covering a range of technologies providing guidance in areas covering test strategy, automation, SIT, E2E, UAT, CUAT and non-functional testing.
2. Experience of working in a cross functional team within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
3. Experience working specifically in custody banking and payments is a plus.
4. Experience delivering Global testing programmes in a client facing environment.
5. Experience of applied AI in Testing and tooling approach.
