Equans is looking for a Senior Technical Services Manager to join our team in Manchester at Tameside and Salford hospitals on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance and benefits package.
The Senior Technical Services Manager is to be based at Tameside General Hospital/Salford Royal Hospital as required. The role holder will report to the Head of Technical.
You will lead, motivate, support, and provide direct guidance to the Technical Managers, Supervisors, and operatives in providing the technical service delivery across both estates.
Ensure delivery of effective and efficient maintenance services encompassing mechanical, electrical, building fabric and small project management.
Core elements will include Health & Safety, communication between the internal technical team and client contacts on day-to-day activities, owning statutory and mandatory compliance.
