Senior Project Manager - CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY

Location: London; Technical Projects surrounding Data Centres

Salary: Up to circa £75,000 per annum. Plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Who are you:

Our client is looking for a Senior PM to work on data centre projects, including a £200m+ project currently in their design phase. You will need to be strong, comfortable, and experienced in a technical team and client-facing roles. If you enjoy working with clients and maintaining these relationships, this will be crucial to the role.

Our client is ideally looking for:

1. Previous experience working within a consultancy
2. Experience in technical projects or data centres
3. At least 5 years overall construction experience
4. Comfortable and experienced in a client-facing role
5. Experience with the whole life cycle of projects - good time and budget management
6. Excellent at liaising with other departments, including design, QS, planners, and more
7. MCIOB chartership or any relevant construction qualification/university degree - proof may be requested
8. Personable individual
9. Eligible to work within the UK

In return, our client is offering:
A basic salary of up to £78,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes pension, bonus, and 30 days annual leave.
