The Role:
As a Technical Program Manager at H&B, you will deliver cross-functional technology programs, influencing and collaborating with engineering teams, product managers, and business colleagues to release new products and features. You will work with cutting-edge technologies including AWS cloud, GitLab CI/CD, and observability tools, playing a pivotal role in managing cloud-based solutions.
You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of products in the wellness space, impacting millions of people's lives. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance customer and business needs against technical constraints. Your role will involve maintaining existing products, developing new features, and supporting new product development.
Key programs include reviewing our observability platform, launching a developer portal and developer platform, and engaging with stakeholders to gain buy-in for team and service performance. You will support multiple squads within the Cloud Platform team, helping manage the product roadmap and facilitating agile ceremonies.
We're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace. In line with our EPIC values (Expertise, Pioneering, Inclusive, Caring), we embrace and actively celebrate all our colleagues' unique and varying experiences, backgrounds, identities and cultures - I am me, we are H&B.
