Job Title: Senior Technical Manager

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a national property developer in their search for a Senior Technical Manager with residential new build experience who can work across South West London.

About the Role of Senior Technical Manager

The role is for a Technical Manager who can comfortably commute into South West London to assist with the construction of residential new builds comprising 450 houses. This role would be fully on site, but remote working is available. This will start as a temporary basis and may continue to a permanent contract.

Responsibilities for Senior Technical Manager

1. Assist with ensuring all equipment requiring calibration is sent in a timely manner to maintain the site calibration matrix.
2. Check trade across the projects.
3. Support Head of Design.
4. Participate in the management and coordination of the external consultant team through all stages of project procurement (Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales, and Adoptions).
5. Oversee the production of working drawings and detailed information to ensure that it is complete, coherent, accurate, and available on time to whoever needs it.
6. Provide technical support during land buying, planning, sales, construction, and post-construction.

Requirements for Senior Technical Manager

1. Industry-related qualification.
2. Ability to work under own initiative.
3. Ability to work within tight deadlines and to programme accurately.
4. Proven experience within a similar field (Residential).
5. Experience working for main contractors/national developers.
6. HNC/HND in a building-related topic.
7. CSCS card or equivalent.
8. Current full UK driving licence.
