Are you an experienced Senior Technical Manager? Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a bespoke residential developer based in Surrey who are looking to strengthen their technical team. The business has a great reputation for producing high-end bespoke products that focus on quality and energy efficiency across both Surrey and Sussex.

About the role of Senior Technical Manager

The role will be managing 4-5 traditional build housing schemes which consist of 10-70 units per site. The Senior Technical Manager will be solely responsible for their projects, working from inception through to handover while working alongside a Commercial Manager and reporting directly to the Managing Director. This opportunity will be office-based with regular site visits.

Requirements for the Senior Technical Manager role

• Experience working with a residential developer
• Experience working on traditional build houses
• Strong understanding of working on projects from inception to completion
