Senior Technical Coordinator

ACR are working with a privately owned, high quality house builder based in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit either a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator.

Duties include:

1. Working closely with all disciplines across the business to ensure that new developments are designed accurately and value-engineered appropriately to ensure our sites are built out efficiently and cost effectively.
2. Assist in managing appointed consultants (incl. architectural & engineering, highways and sustainability/energy consultants) to prepare working drawings/specifications etc.
3. To an agreed programme, discharge NHBC Building Control conditions.
4. Attend project team meetings, design team meetings and other meetings as required.
5. Reporting directly to the Head of Technical.

Experience/Skills required:

1. Highly organised.
2. Experience working a Technical Coordinator role for a House Builder.
3. Ability to run more than one project efficiently.
4. Be collaborative.
