An opportunity to work for a leading Mid-Tier practice within Central London exists within the growing entrepreneurial and OMB tax team. The office is easily accessible by main-line and tube, offering top-end remuneration!

The role for Senior Manager exists through significant growth within the team. Responsibilities will include the supervision of the team's corporate compliance affairs and will be heavily involved in the provision of tax planning advice, as well as ad-hoc general support to clients.

By taking the lead in client-facing tax consultancy assignments, you will manage tax planning for the sale of companies and assets, corporate reorganisations, listing on AIM and the Full Market, raising finance, rewarding key personnel, and responding to HMRC enquiries.

Your portfolio will include OMBs through to AIM listed companies varying in size and nature from private equity houses to online gaming companies.

The successful candidate will have an established track record in dealing with entrepreneurial and OMBs. Most importantly, you will have the desire to build a successful career, with realistic possibilities of progressing to Partner.
